Arrived at Santa Ana John Wayne Airport. Called the rental agency and told them we were waiting to be picked up and he arrived in less than 10 minutes. Helped us load luggage and less than 3 mile drive to rental agency. Did our paperwork and were on our way in less than 15 mins. Same treatment for delivery back to the airport at the conclusion of the rental. Good Value and friendly staff.
Did not need to wait in a long line to get our car! They were fast and efficient, out with our car in 5 mins!
Only had minivan available (selected compact car when making reservation). While this is probably considered "better" did make parking difficult at our destinations (beach towns) and increased our costs since significantly worst gas mileage. So overall, was not ideal for our rental/trip.

My first mom and pop car rental company! To be honest, I didn't realize it was one until I landed at the airport and was waiting on the shuttle. But all in all a great and easy experience. Pick up and drop off shuttle was quick and personalized. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and I was even able to get a little upgrade on the car as there was an availability! Would definitely use again.
