I have used State Van Rental 3 or 4 times now for large groups. Their vans are pristine. They are friendly and remember me. I like the way they use video and pics to protect both me and themselves in the event of an incident. They had a very competitive price for longer term rentals.
It was great price, other company suggest at 2 times more for minivan. Everything was exactly as I expect. Fast pick up from airport, car was in perfect condition and stuff are very helpful.
Agent was awesome. Very busy agency, we had to grab a cab, from the Car Rental Center, to get there. No big deal, the agent made up for it.
I booked my reservation for a different date range. Called to make a change and even though the rates changed, they honored my original rate which was lower. They were fantastic. They have all types of vans to rent which makes it very easy to travel as a very big group. Thanks State Van Rental. You are the best and rental rates are very competitive.
Awesome service, great friendly people, great vehicle, great price. I would definitely recommend, and will recommend this agency to all my friends and coworkers. The only drawback was the fact that it was not at the airport but the service certainly made up for that.
Thank you for always taking care of our van rental needs. We consistently use your company when holding an event in the LA area, and with the exception of the vans smelling like chlorine sometimes (local big swimming competition?) we have always been pleased with the quality of vans rented here.
