Good experience
My original reservation was WSR000069F and it was cancelled claiming my reservation wasn’t available. The rate quoted was $84.15 a day for a 15-passenger van, and I believe they “State Van Rental” didn’t want to honor the low rate so they cancelled my reservation. I was able to book again and my rate was $41 more a day. When I brought this to the agent’s attention they checked the previous reservation but wouldn’t honor it.They claimed they couldn’t change the rate but offered an o
An excellent experience we had renting with this company. Staff is extremely nice and helpful. I will not look anywhere else for renting a car. I will always go with them where they are available.
Very wonderful staff
I have been a good customer, but yesterday I was left crying! I rented a van and turned it in last week and told the staff the the brakes were squeaking. They said they would check it. They rented me the same van this week and the brakes went out. And now, they are saying it's my fault. Never will rent from them again!
The office isnt open on Sunday making it difficult to drop off a vehicle. The instructions on where to drop off the vehicle were questionable. Reference to North Economy, the address on the after hours drop off instruction seem to be for a different lot, and there is a reference to being across the street from the pick-up location. Very confusing. The van was old and made me envious of other van drivers with newer models.
