poor customer service. the staff was not helpful. didn't have any knowledge on the insurance required. you don't expect these kind of service from west.

I have you used State Van Rental for the last 4 vacations to California from Hawaii and have never been disappointed. Their customer service fromthe get go has been excellent. Even though there was a little hiccup at one time, the team was prompt in assisting us and getting us going. I will definitely refer them to others and will continue to use their company for our traveling needs.
We're extremely satisfied with the outstanding service provided by the Las Vegas office. The staff was courteous and fast during the pick up process. We are a soccer club that works with kids from low income families and the rates we got from this agency was unbeatable. One tank of gas lasted for ever
I am disappointed that State Van was 'unable to find' my sun glasses left in one of the two vans. Mailing them back to me would have earned the company a lot of bonus points for service. Too bad.
