Our 15 passenger van was perfect. It was very clean and we were able to transport a motorized scooter onboard with ease. This made our trip great.

Great rental experience. There was a miscommunication about how many additional drivers I could add, which was frustrating. And the van wasn’t as clean as I expected when I picked up. Otherwise everything was great.

charged $10 to remove a seat and store it - seemed like a bit of a grab but we accepted it. LAS concession fee quoted was $56.81 but charged $63.97, We appreciated the discount to pay for the step. We could not have survived without our purchasing a step. All in all, the net cost was $13.89 less than the quote due to Rate Charge Discount - thank you. We are satisfied once we found out we were not charged for gasoline - printing error on the printer
