I received 3 emails confirming my pickup time only to wait over an hour for the employee to show up. He said his boss did not tell him the correct pickup time, and his boss blamed it on traffic. Do not rent from them unless you have spare time on your hands.

They didn't ask for insurance and just put the cost in charge. He didn't aks. He just mentioned it and calculate it. I was not sure about the exact price and payed it because we arrived after midnight and i was really done. The morning after I realized he put 10eur/per day for insurance and try to get in contact with them. They answer was "I've something is wrong come to my office" I didnt want to lose a half day for it so I let him those 50EUR total.
