The car was dirty and old. The fuel tank was almost empty when we picked it up.
There was a problem with my credit card and they kept calling me every 5 minutes despite I explained them that I had a problem with my bank so they had to wait 24h to get the money.
The car could be better, because the boot was not big enough for seven people.
Very cheap company but the dar la very old and used.
But for one week is ok.

Requested a manual Panda but was given an automatic Smart. Staff were polite and helpful.

The car and price were perfect and most of the time they were very kind and nice. Also we got the car at our arrival point.
The first problem was due to missinformation of the arrival point from the cruise. The car understood us wrong, we corrected them but then the boat left us at the other destination and the car agency wasn't so nice then.
We also put the final date wrong and had to give back the car before expected with some hours of delay but they even threatened us with calling the polic
