I asked them for a refund for returning the car one day earlier, the agency did not even bother with a reply - Santorini mass tourism behaviour not hungry to leave positive experience for potential repeat customers - the car was in a shitty condition - cannot recommend this agency :(

Very prompt reply and contact from the company on reservations. Could do better by briefing on the vehicle features and operation at pick up. Car was also quite dirty upon pick up.

The car was very late arriving which set us back and when it came it was a different car that was very old and in bad shape. The engine light was on and the car had trouble getting up hills. We weren’t confident that it wouldn’t break down on us.
