They didn't have the size vehicle we needed due to an accident a few days before but they made prompt arrangements with another company to get us a car for our 7 people.
I asked for a manual and on the email confirmation it said I would get a manual. However, on arrival it was an automatic. I have never driven an automatic so it was scary to start with in a new country in a car I was not used to driving. The staff explained how to drive an automatic and in the end I liked it more than a manual. But it did say I would get a manual. Also the petrol was on empty so I had to rush to find a petrol station late at night. Apart from that, good cheap rental car.

i had send sms to tell that my car had been parked further out since there is no car park available, but i do not receive any reply from staff if they receive the sms or get back the car
