Would have preferred getting vehicle with full fuel tank - easier to know how much fuel for return.

Very terrible service
I had the worst experience of renting cars. The car was in a mediocre situation. So many problems during the holidays. I will never recommend this agency to anyone !!
A very poor car, not at all similar to image shown on website. It was also very low on fuel which was a huge pain as it meant we had to stop at the first services to fill up, which meant that we had to guess what we would use in the single day based on what friends had told us. It was a couple euros short at the end, so it meant we had to fill up even further. Probably fueled up an extra 5 euros than required as the fuel gauge wouldn't have updated otherwise.
AVOID!!!!! Charged my credit card full amount, without subtracting the already paid PayPal deposit, and refused a refund. Gave me a much smaller class/model of vehicle than I had booked and paid for, that was at least 15 years old. There was no license plate. Engine light was on when they gave it to me. Car displayed multiple mechanical failures. Gas meter was all over the place. They said they'd trade it out, I sat and waited, then they said "sorry we rented the last car to someone else".
