Initially It was unusual to get reservation, without credit card submittion, but soon I got confirmation over the email. Staff picked us up at the arrival, explained details and gave us car keys. Payment was in cash only. I was asked to make pictures of the car before pickup and send them via email. It was weird not to do inspection together, so I sent pictures with all marks and scatches immediately to have a timestamp. Car condition was not good as you would expect, but overall great service

The car wasn’t well maintained and the staff wasn’t helpful. Had to wait at the meeting point as well. Wouldn’t use their service again.

One small drawback was that I got a call from an employee to return the car sooner than what I had arranged even though my contract said otherwise, it was settled though so it’s ok
