Flexibles con el horario de recogida y entrega un trato macnifico,puedes solicitar que te lo lleven al hotel donde eatas alojado y te lo llevan sin problemas y lo recogen alli tambien

The car was old, completely used, damaged, the small box in the front was closed with a plastic rope, , so we even couldnt use it, the seatbelt was so filthy that my dress was dirty etc. This experience is not to be repeated. We payed a full price for a car that wasn't even worth the half of it!

Good useful vehicle
Very pleased with rental
The car had a bad driver's seat, it moved and sometimes it changed position. Driving was not safe
Car was a piece of junk. Air conditioning did not work, passenger seatbelt would not retract, trim was missing on whole driver side, multiple dents.
Kind of a cluster. They sent an email saying they don’t have an off at the port. Someone would meet you at a restaurant. Hard to find that person. Unable to lock the car / truck due to the remote key FOB not working. I emailed them 3 times and they bevy responded !! We weren’t able to leave our luggage in the car since we couldn’t lock it real pain and a huge hassle. Other locations had same prices with better cars and by Svc
