„Brand new Cars only” and we got a 19-yo, dirty and rusty smart for the rent price of a brand new car. The car broke down in the middle of nowhere due to the fact, that it was not been serviced for a long long time! Then the lady at the office said, that they will give the money back after the check of the car, and that she has nothing to offer for us, and that’s it. We were tricked, irritated and left whiteout the car for the rest of the day, what ruined our plans.

We rented a new Smart but upon arrival we received an older model of the vehicle. at least change your photos on the internet to avoid misunderstandings.

1. The car was extremely dirty in the outside and the inside. Full of beach dust. 2. The staff did not explain how the air conditioned worked. As this car has an uncommon way to turn it on, once we contacted the company we were redirected to the airport. This movement to the airport was bot supported on fuel or indications to the place we were direceted. 3. The car did not have enough power to go over the typical hills of the island.
