No possibility to pay by card.
Rented care and confirmed with deposit and by email. Told them our cruise company. They did not have the car I reserved when I arrived and stated the reason was that they were not able to contact me on my cell when I was on the ship to confirm. In my opinion, if they needed to contact me, they should have contacted RC since I gave them all the info. There are actually many rental car companies in Santorini. I would not recommend this one.

I found it extremely disappointed when I saw the car. Had lots of damages all around the car and the gentleman did not have any of those damages marked on the paper and kept saying "don't worry, I trust you". When I wanted to lock the driver's door, I couldn't even lock the door and again he was saying don't worry it is a very safe island. Then I decided to cancel the car and caused us a lot of inconveniences and had to get a taxi to go to our hotel. I shall never hire again from you.

The car I recieved was not the model that I selected. When I received the car the gas tank was empty and the low fuel warning light was on. There was body damage on every panel. The car looked like it had been in a demolition derby. The seats were stained. There was a terrible sound coming from the engine. The air conditioner blower was making a loud annoying noise and the transmission was slipping. Overall it was the worst car rental experience I have ever had. Steve
