This was by far the best car rental experience I have ever had. They exceeded our expectations in terms of service, and the vehicle itself, a Jeep Patriot, was perfect for the trip. Knowing Rugged Rental is there will keep us returning to Salt Lake City in the future.

We rented a Jeep Wrangler 4 door (Rubicon). We needed a vehicle to get us around the back roads of the Moab, Utah area. The Jeep was perfect for the job. Big enough for a family of 4 plus luggage as well as rugged enough to to get through the rough terrain with relative ease and confidence. I would highly recommend Rugged Rental to anyone looking for a specialty rental vehicle at a great value price.
My only complaint was that I was charged for use of GPS and it did not work.
good experience
The van we rented was clean, ran well, had great A/C, and seated all 15 of us comfortably. It was easy to drive and everyone at the agency was extremely helpful. Some minor damage was caused to the van (our fault) and the company has been very gracious and understanding in working through the problems and insurance claims.
Excellent booking and communication regarding rental. Immediate pickup and custom drop off, thanks ! Got the Suburban I reserved. Tires had cupped wear that caused some vibration at highway speeds which was a slight nuisance, but otherwise perfect. Would definitely recommend.
Very professional and only the best equipment (Cummins Diesel). 2 week rental and flawless. Even had a step stool for my wife to get in.

Everything about the experience was an A+. Shuttle was prompt, all representatives very friendly and helpful, the rental process was quick, and dropping the vehicle off at Park-n-Jet on Sunday was a piece of cake. Won't hesitate for a minute to rent from Rugged again or recommend it to someone else.
