This agency is great. We loved the Dodge Journey, but the gas mileage city/highway combined was 18 mpg. That's a bit low
recommended! only exeption maybe is that they do not offer unlimited mileages.

I would recommend Rugged Rental to friends and family because of their customer service. The staff seemed sincere and were helpful in answering any questions I had.
There was some trash left in the vehicle from the previous customer. Loved that they had a shuttle to and from the airport.
