We had great service, prompt pick-up from the airport and taken to their office where the vehicle was waiting, 10 mins later we were on our way.
Maybe there could have been better explanation of what to do in the event of a breakdown, we did call the office out of hours but got the answer machine.
Would definitely use Rugged again.
Discouraged with managers letter written to me after rental stated I did not pay attention to read of truck. Blamed me for a situation I didn't create. If anyone did the simple math to figure my destination mileage they would realize 99% of my travel was on and at highway speed. Very unprofessional letter. Your manager told me to put DEC in tank which your people obviously overlooked. Whatever I have to say seems to fall on deaf ears. I have many friends who used to rent from Rugged Rental. Done
