Was disappointed to be told we had to pay an extra 10.00 per day for a liability ins. add on, also we were directed to a different rental agency because our car was not available from PEEL CAR RENTAL. even after making a long time reservation.

Brian Sorry for the inconvenience. Brian according to the terms and condition. PROOF OF LIABILITY COVERAGE IN ONTARIO/CAR INSURANCE IN THE RENTERS NAME MUST BE PROVIDED, Peel Car Rental has right to refuse the vehicle if proper do***ents not provided. Also we can only hold the car for 1 hr from the time of the reservation as mention in you reservation. Unless we are called and asked to hold the car or if we are given flight number.

Peel called and told me that they did not have my car and that Airport Auto Rental would be supplying a car at the agreed price. Airport Auto Rental told me when they picked me up that they could not honor the price and I was charged $40 more. I would not use them again. Beware!

my flight was delayed, so i called the rental company that i will arrive 2 hours later. This was accepted but not communicated in the company. First I was tolled that all cars are rented. After I insisted on getting a car since the car was prepaid including all insurance's, I was pict up 2 hours later, first presented with a new SUV but than received a smaller car which obviously was used privately with plenty of stains and bad smelling for a higher charge and additional insurance. Never again.

I had an accident whilst on holiday and Peel Car Rentals were very helpful in helping with all the insurance paperwork and arranging a replacement car. Very professional and friendly - would definately recommend them.

I had a very poor experience with Peel Car rentals , after arriving at Toronto . made the call from the courtesy phone located at Viscount Station at 5.45 pm . To my surprise I was rudely advise no car was available till 7 .30 pm . I advised the staff that i had a important commitment at 7 pm down town Toronto. The reply was that we did not have your contact ( Cell no or email address) so they were not able to advise me earlier , I advised them them both info was provided at the time.

Waited about 45 minutes for pick-up. Then they had difficulty finding my reservation. Insurance requirements need to be stated more simply and clearly in understandable English. Nobody can understand the legalese.
