My experience with Peel Car Rental was extremely disappointing. Airport pickup was 40 minutes late, and when I arrived at their location, no one was at the reception desk. I had to wait an additional 20 minutes before anyone showed up. The car itself was useless. It was dirty, had no windshield washer fluid, no snow tires, and the tires were badly worn out, which is completely unacceptable and unsafe. The service was horrible from start to finish. The car was ready promptly, and was clean and in great working order. If you are staying in an airport hotel on either end of your visit, mention it. They were willing to drop us off at the hotel, instead of just taking us to the airport. Nice service.

Added 1 extra day to the 14 day rental period originally booked online. added $200. to the invoice when the daily rate was $33. Didn’t fight the extra charges as we were short on time. Be cautious on the pricing when adding an extra day to your reservation.

ABSOLUTLEY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! Rental agency came and picked us up with the car we rented, as we rented a 5 person car with 5 people, we had to leave some behind at the airport. The driver called for someone to pick up my wife and girls but never sent anyone, I had to go back to get them. When we returned the car at our scheduled time, no one was there. We arrived 30 minutes early and after waiting for 45 minutes we left the car in the airport parking lot and locked it. Car was dirty inside
