My flight was delayed 3 hours and they gave my car away. In fact, they had no cars so I had to go to another agency.

Agency reply:

Sorry for the inconvenience. Unfortunately according to the terms and condition company does not hold the car for more than one hour from the time of reservation. Lot of time customers make multiple reservation in different place to keep their reservation and we don't even know if they are coming for sure, unless we have a flight number of credit card information then we can track the flight number, or by having credit card number we know for fact customer coming to pick up the car. Customer can also call to confirm the rental car or call us to inform the flight delay

Ran out of cars and was sent to another agency with out being notified. Car rented was in terrible shape

Agency reply:

Sorry for the inconvenience. We tried to help because we were out of cars and we did not want to leave you stranded and get double charged from some other company which is more bad. When ever you come next we will give you 30% off from your reservation. I would like personally to say sorry for inconvenience

Peel informed me that they had run out of cars so Universal Car Rental would pick us up and rent us a car for the same cost. They did, but this was very disconcerting. The car we received from Universal was a Toyota Corolla. It drove fine but was in dirty condition. The windows in and out were so dirty that we had to stop and clean them. There were cobwebs in the back window along the headrests. Yes, cobwebs. NEVER AGAIN WITH UNIVERSAL OR PEEL.
