Great experience going through Next car rental. Thank you!
There was some confusion on the amount of days the rental was for and I did not notice this until we left. With this said, the issues was easily corrected. Overall, the rental experience was very good.
A/C for back seats were weak
Great fast and convenient
The exterior was not clean. Bugs all over the front and dirty all over. Then asked to look the van over to verify dents/damage, but could not see anything due to the dirt. Interior was clean.
Very poor service
It would have been nice that the address was updated as they moved and we ended up in wrong location and also we were not given instructions that there was a shuttle from the airport. We had no idea.
For both pick up and drop off, it was a smooth, quick process.
I requested an eight (8) passenger van on 6/22 but was provided a mini van that failed to meet my needs and caused confusion. I cannot recommend Next car or the website app at this time
