Instructions for pick up and return were confusing and in dirty/risky areas of town. Drop off location changed within 24hrs of return did not offer return shuttle to the airport forcing us to expense another trip to the airport. Initial pickup from airport took over an hour to pickup location which then had long queues

Wouldn't honor my reservation. I think this is a scam agency. Also it's not at the airport like they claim. I wasted an hour just getting to their desk.
Services were great and fast
The check engine light was on and I was worried it would stop working at any moment.

This is the first time dealing with a car rental company that I actually gotten a decent car I love it no problems.
We rented in Ft. Lauderdale. The agency is not at the airport we waited ½ hour for a van. We waited ½ hour at the agency. We were told we needed to pay more than we thought. We received a car with severely worn tires. We got a flat 100 miles from the agency, and were told our only recourse was to return the vehicle. We were advised we would not be reimbursed if we repaired or replaced the flat tire. We paid out of our pocket to repair the tire.
The service was fast and the customer service was very nice!

The rental process went smoothly - the vehicle had a broken/disconnected rod in the trunk which made opening the trunk interesting but other than that everything was good.
