I'd like to express my gratitude and appreciation for the exceptional customer service. Your call center agent was very helpful in assisting me with a dilemma. She was patient and was assisting every step of the way. And NextCar definitely saved our trip. I am happy to share the good news about the service.
This was one of the worst experiences ever with a service company. There was a total lack of communication and information. You have to take TWO shuttles to reach the office and the wait time was over 40 minutes both coming in and going out. When you get to their office you see a posted sign that the pickup shuttle is between 50-60 minutes. There is no bathroom, only a porta potty out behind the building. You have to show a full declaration insurance page to get the car. Absolutely horrible
Great service
It took 70 minutes for the right bus to arrive at the LAX bus stop! Then I got dropped off, with no instructions, 500 metres from the collection site, inside a hotel. After 10 min of working out which way to go, I dragged my bags along the roadside and found the hotel. Then I finally found the correct place. Then I waited for ONE HOUR in a line in the sun, with a lot of disgruntled customers, waiting. Then I found out about an extra insurance charge! Car was good but process terrible! Avoid!
The staff and the owner were very courteous and graceful on accommodating ALL of my needs regarding this car rental. Could not be more happier.
My work trip was made so much more enjoyable because I've had this car.

worst care rental experience of my life, would not recommend nor ever use again. Many issues to list, but I was there for 2 hours, and every single person there had an issue with insurance. For me, I paid for the insurance, via the link send by NextCar... when I got there, they stated that I'd only paid for collision and liability would be another $81. Why would their link not provide all the insurance needed to rent.. I saw issues similar to this the entire time I was there. Horrible, horrible.
I was told at the last minute I can't drive the car to AZ, which I planned. I was charged $300 extra to get approval to drive to AZ. This is a hidden cost which I was told only a day before. I called the agency twice as soon as I learnt about it but no one picked up or there was no response to my voice message. I had no other choice except to go and stand in-line to talk about this. The staff told me only option is to pay extra $300, which makes the rental price too much.
Great first time experience
The counter staff was unfriendly & rude 2 everyone It took over 90 minutes from the time we arrived at the rental location until we received our car The process was so long because everyone was having the same issue We were all forced to take the rental company's insurance because we did not have declaration page of our personal auto insurance plan I've rented from many other companies and only need my insurance card. I WANT THE $220 FOR 3 DAYS OF INSURANCE CREDITED BACK TO MY CREDIT CARD!!
