Midway Car Rental is fabulous! The cars are in great shape, the staff is friendly and efficient and check in/check out is a breeze. I am currently working in Southern California and fly into LAX each week. I am so glad I found Midway Car Rental as they are by far the best in the area!

I wanted an intermediate car (a Ford Fusion or equivalent as you specified) but I ended up with a larger, sluggish Dodge Journey with only fair gas mileage. Parking it was a nightmare, particularly where we were staying in LA which had limited street parking. I appreciate that it was an "upgrade" from your point of view but not from mine. Getting the kind of car that I requested is important to me unless the "upgrade" is to a similar but better car not a larger one.
Great experience. Never received speedy service from any other car rental company as I did with Midway. I'll most definitely use this agency again.
Always is a good experience
Midway has rapidly become my favorite car rental agency. I've been renting cars for decades on business travel, Hertz Gold, Avis Preferred, Enterprise Plus, etc. Discovered Midway about 6 months ago, since then every experience I've had with Midway has been great. Really like the people and it seems like they all really care about the business. Good job keep it up.
I was helped by Tony Huerta. He was very helpful and patient with me while I tried to get my identification documents together.
Everything was perfectly smooth. I flew into one of the busiest airports in the US and had no trouble or wait to get to Midway and my car. Free shuttle from and to airport... the service could not have been better.
