Waited for the shuttle bus for quite some time. Probably 15 minutes or more. Other than that everything went well.

Very glad to have found this business. Will consider renting from LA areanif we don't drive down. I don't do a lot of drivng on trips but thoroughly enjoyed the Camry. I've owned a Camry, Lexus & now drive a Prius. I am very loyal to Toyota & was enjoying all the features of the car.
From the time we called for a pickup until we drove away was an hour! When we brought the car back, the wait was a little shorter, but not much. It is good we planned on Midway Car Rental being slow and dropped the car off early. I will never use this company again.
Why did it take so long for someone to meet me upon returning the vehicle? (10Min)
Always clean cars. Ive rented from Enterprise and the cars are always smelly of cigarette smoke, slow service. Midway, always clean and prompt; with no surprise costs. Thank you for the convenience!
Rented a Toyota Camry. Car smelt brand new, brand new model, it was fun driving around southern California! :) I will rent from midway on my next visit to LA.
Overall, the check-in/out was quick and efficient. Great experience, and better than the big national brands in the area.
