Lax a bit of a difficult location to find and the other locations close too early.

It was suppose to be a non-smoking car. It reeked of cigarette smoke. The vehicle was also dented and banged up, which probably wouldn't bother most people, but I like driving a clean, well-maintained car. The return process was weird, there wasn't anyone in the garage where we returned the car (Burbank Airport), another customer called. Then when I stopped by the desk there wasn't anyone there either — one guy was running between both areas. Not optimum.

I received a great car in wonderful condition. I liked the overall rental process especially how the staff video tapes and takes pictures of the car with you present before you take off. One thing that I would of liked is the front staff to be a little more welcoming, the individual I had seemed upset and was very short and did not give full responses to my questions.
