This is a fine company. I have to be in San Diego for medical treatment and need a car for one day usually. I always have a nice car in good condition. Staff is very helpful and even print out directions for me, making the trip easier. Good value and good service.

Lax is undernconstruction. They need to br much more explicit about where you return the car. A sticker on the form with the gps address to enter would have been very helpful. Given it is supposed to go on for two years, they need to find a way to address.
Pick up and drop off were relatively easy considering the large scale construction in the area.

I use to rent cars oftenly in USA, this is the first tim that I am very upset with this experience, I wait more than one hour, the attendad tried to include an insurance saying that it was by law, the don't have system and input in the contract two hours prior my time of rent, so they charge ine more day in my card, they charged also almost $15 of gas because I was rush to return to my flight, I will never everrent with AVIS again, I was supose to pay by $38 and they charge almost $84

Everything was fine except for the shuttle pick up from the airport. I waited for almost an hour.
