First time renting with MCar and it was so great! Loved the car I got and have already recommended the agency to my family.
M Car was the fastest in and out experience we have ever had. The staff was friendly, shuttles were prompt. No waiting, no fuss. Their rates were the best we found. We will definitely be back.

Need to have at least 2 people all the time at burbank airport office. With only one person the line moves very slow. Other than that all good.

Dishonest staff member lying to the customers. Watch out! There is a filthy thief inside your company! The garage crew at LAX claimed our lost item in the car to themselves on December 29th at 5:30 pm and lied to us. So disappointed!. Never come back for rental cars again!!
Agent upgraded the rental vehicle to one with a larger trunk space with little price change. Perfect for the holiday gifts I was driving. Great customer service.
