I always rent with you several times a year. This time I rented with three months in advance and I found a better rate when I searched for a different reservation one week before the rental. I cancelled the first reservation and made a new one with the lower rate.
Had a great experience with Mcar this week. Car rental rates in LA were very high over Christmas, but MCar's prices were excellent and well within the budget. Midway was quick to pick up, no line to wait in to get car - all desks being utilized to help customers. There was no harassment to purchase additional insurance which other companies do, very helpful rental agents. In and out in 10 minutes both renting and returning. Highly recommend!

I was very impressed by MCAR. The staff was excellent from the shuttle driver to the desk person to the person at the car. No pushiness or propaganda to purchase extra gas or coverage during the car pickup. Second driver is free. The only difficult thing was finding the entrance to the location to return the car. Was at night and dark and signs were small. That said, this will be my first choice rental agency from now on.
