Service was prompt, efficient, courteous, and thorough when receiving vehicle and when returning it. Vehicle was nice and clean and in good shape. This was one of the easiest and most pleasant car rental experiences I've had.
Extended my contract was explained partially.
There was misinformation regarding rental agreement.
The current state of the rental property is not optimal, understanding its under construction; not time efficient for those who may be in a hurry.
There are other big name rental companies, some with slightly lower pricing. Tempting, yes. However, if you research Yelp, you'll see that they lack a courteous staff, consistently long agonizing lines, and sometimes not even having your reserved vehicle. As I value my time and sanity, I wouldn't consider any other agency but Mcar!

The rental rates were very good. The location of the rental car office is very awkward. Being renovated or moved . Signs for where to go to pick up and drop off were a bit confusing, The supposed upgrade that my husband was offered, was not an upgrade: Jeep Patriot had poor acceleration and stopping. Not smooth. Wouldn't rent that car again.
Also would have appreciated an emailed confirmation of the reservation. office staff were courteous.
The whole experience was good. I particularly like having an associate review the condition of the car with me and photo/video it. The return was quick and simple. Great value for the money.
I like the ease of service; I will continue to use this company.
