The process was straightforward and easy. Maxx Car Rental is really the only option if you want to rent a 12 passenger vehicle. The car was, and in fairly good condition. Had no issues with their website, or their services.

Very helpful, and grateful the van was available on such short notice. Would have loved to have known sooner that I would be charged extra for "outside hours" pick-up. But happy they were accommodating. Will come back as needed.

Wanted details about the rental staff was not able to provide. Photos were mostly of a generic new vehicle, not the actual vehicle. After back and forth over phone and email, the vehicle was rented out without a courtesy notification and had to settle for another vehicle. Replacement vehicle was in rough shape. Armrests broken, seatbelt buckle broken, low tire pressure, airbag fault needing service.

The vehicles was not cleanly, there a number of water bottles and baby bottle under the seats. The vehicle had some damage which caused noises when driving especially make turns.

Vehicle requested had issues with the door and was very difficult to open. Also vehicle was given to us with tires pressure sensor and airbag sensor issues making it very uncomfortable to drive due to safety concerns. When ask for another vehicle the company did not have another vehicle to exchange. Given we are foreign travelers and had no other option for another company or vehicle we had no choice but to use the vehicle. If given a choice I would not use Maxx again and go with another company
