Found Maxx Rental online when I search for a 12 passenger seaters. Great customer service and professional. I forgot my belonging and had a courtesy call from Rahman and was able to pick up my personal stuff on the same day. Definitely recommended Maxx car rental to everyone and surely will be back for family trip. They had two location to serve, Markham and Airport. The car itself was clean and no bad odour. Overall great job and keep up the good job.
Billing was not accurate and needed confirmation.
I wasn’t told I needed a letter from my insurance company until I arrived to pick up the vehicle. I did NOT need the extra insurance as I am covered through my own insurance. However not having a letter ready meant I had to take it. I was told I couldn’t have the vehicle without the letter. If I was told I needed one earlier I would have provided one. I felt trapped as it was late Friday afternoon and I was leaving the next day.
Vehicle was good except the low tire pressure light

Car was a 2016, seats were spotted, front and rear suspension bushing were loose and noisy, windshield was crack at 2 places.
Staff name Raman is very very helpful
The vehicle was in very good condition and worked well. The staff were responsive to our needs and even brought a spare key upon request.
