Great location for pickup
The people in the agency are not honest. They know that the mileage per day is only 150 km, they don't mention it to you, and pretend that you sign the document where it is written 300 km for you to have confusion that this km is per day not the one is allowed during your rental time. In addition, they don't show you the km before you live, so you will not know how many km you really used. Poor customer service. They are very different to other rental car such as Enterprise and Discount.

I had an excellent experience. Few weeks prior to renting I was even accommodated in terms of being allowed to visit the rental agency and physically compare the features of two vehicles I was interested in renting. Due to a change in arrival time of my friends I had to pick up the vehicle couple of hours earlier than planned, and that was not a problem. The vehicle was clean, and has served me and my friends without any issues. I will rent from this agency again, and will recommend it.
Easy to rent from, very straightforward
Vehicle had faulty brakes
The response is fast and prompt. especially when I have my car broke down in Kingston, which they could immediately identify 2 services center near by for me to fix the car, which later came with only minor Fuse was burnt, it was fix within few horus instead of another day.
also it is flexible when I come to extend the car.
I rented 12 seater van. I picked up the van 11am and I was told to return it 9am the next morning. Rental suppose to be 24hrs not 22hrs. There damages all over the van. Brakes were very bad, broken driving mirror and customer service was also very poor
