Everything was good, the wipers and cleaning liquid were very bad, created a foamy layer on the windshield that wouldn't come off, rather dangerous. It would be helpful to have the vehicle exact height posted somewhere. And it kept showing a warning about an airbag malfunction, so not sure if it works or not. Other than that, all good :-)

I found the booking and communication process very impersonal. Responses on emails were curt and not very friendly considering I am the customer. When looking at alternative insurance arrangements this too was curt and abrupt. Experience upon arrival was much better. More friendly. Hence the rating above. Van was great and ticked all the boxes with possible exception of not having sat Nav.
