Overall experience was great. Great staffs too.
Vehicle was old and rundown at what seemed like a very high price for less than satisfactory service.
The vehicles was not cleanly, there a number of water bottles and baby bottle under the seats. The vehicle had some damage which caused noises when driving especially make turns.
Good service, great pickup service.
Vehicle requested had issues with the door and was very difficult to open. Also vehicle was given to us with tires pressure sensor and airbag sensor issues making it very uncomfortable to drive due to safety concerns. When ask for another vehicle the company did not have another vehicle to exchange. Given we are foreign travelers and had no other option for another company or vehicle we had no choice but to use the vehicle. If given a choice I would not use Maxx again and go with another company
The price was more expensive than another competitor, but the competitor became out of available cars when I was ready to rent.
Sunny and the other person who helped me made the process seamless. The car looked like it came back that morning and they cleaned it and washed it before the turnover. It was a few minutes delayed for the pickup, but I was not in a rush. The vehicle had over 73k kms on it and it drove like a charm. It was wonderful for a family reunion. The return process for seamless as well. Sunny offered to drop me at the nearest skytrain station after the drop off. Overall a pleasant experience.
Great large Van and would definitely rent from them again.
My experience with MAXX Car rental was great. I needed to extend my rental last minute due to a situation that came up and they were able to accommodate me with that. Their customer service is great!
