Incredibly inconvenient situation. Having to wait for the ride after taking a shuttle. Dropping off after hours is awkward - no clear signage. The car was in awful condition. Over 107k miles on it. Not updated with technology. Got me around the island but it was poor quality.

We made our reservation 2 days beforehand. The car was different than expected, but that wasn't a problem. We only rented the car for part of a day. While driving the car, a tire pressure light illuminated indicating a rear tire was low. Also, there was something loose beneath the car. Whenever we drove over a rough spot in the road, there was a loud flapping noise. Other than that, the price was far below any comparable rentals.

SILA was so nice! She gave us tons of info. And the guy who gave us a ride after we returned our rental (skinny, tall and with a baseball cap) he was just as nice. Overall great experience and the vans smelled so good :)

It took a little longer than I’d like to be picked up at the airport via shuttle. See I e when picking up the car was great!! Overall the car was perfect for my needs. A little noisy when driving.

Price was far better than anywhere else. Hours are not great, anything earlier than 8am or later than 6pm requires additional costs/uber rides. Oldest and highest mileage rental car I've ever seen, drove like it needed an alignment and new ball joints. Otherwise it was a good experience, staff is friendly and the airport shuttle is good if you work with their hours. Friendly cats to pet at their pickup location is a plus.

Very rude staff. I have had the insurance but the guy at the front at the time of pick up forced me the insurance on me.
