Staff at Lucky Owl are great! I had an issue with my rented car but they quickly switched me to new car. My only complaint is that their cars have service and/or low tire pressure lights on which can be annoying even tho they told me that everything is fine. All in all, I would rent again!

Loved how we could borrow an umbrella for free. Therefore, we not only returned the umbrella but a found a nice chair and returned that as well.

Great experience all around. Cool A/C on the ride to the lot and the car was basically new and clean! Everyone was hard working and fast. Will def use them again!

Did not have many choices of who rents to people under 21 so I was glad that I found these guys. Their pricing was lower than everywhere else too. It was a pain having to bring an insurance card and I forgot mine so they made me pull it up on my phone but they did rent to me so theres that!

Was a little worried about booking through someone whose not on the main sites but after reading their reviews and talking to their staff they seemed legit. They made us wait for about 20 minutes until a shuttle came, I guess they only had 1, but we were the only ones on the shuttle and we were out of their location in a few minutes because they are small. Warning the place isnt in a tourist area but dont worry, they are proffesional and treat you great!
