We loved our experience! The Guy was super late, picking us up in the beginning, but we didn’t mind. He was friendly and cool about it and he explained why. Everything was so great with the Rental and with the whole experience I’ve recommended to my friends already! Thanks so much, Lucky owl.

During my vacation stay with my mom. My mom had a medical emergency was in Queens medical Center for two weeks. Lucky Owl rental company. Was very courteous and understanding I was able to keep the car for a total of three weeks. They were very accommodating with the medical emergency that I had.
