Car was beat to hell. Significant bumper damage, side damage, trunk damage, the "CRUZE" emblem was down to "CR___", interior was scratched up, gas tank wasn't completely full, car pulled to the left, had road noise coming through old/crappy tires, the headlights didn't work so we had to drive around w/ high beams on, etc.

The car I rented was the model I requested. One thing is that it was not a recent model (2014 model).

Lucky Owl offers good rates for decent cars. If unable to collect or return car to their office (8am to 6pm), renter must call the office to set up rental agreement (send copies of insurance, driver's license) and pay for rental. Car is conveniently parked in parking garage next to airport (no shuttle necessary). Collecting car was smooth, but they had such trouble when I returned car, despite following directions. Pain in neck. Also, shouldn't have to pay parking lot fee.

Picked up at the airport promptly. Provided with vehicle and needed information at pickup. No issues with the vehicle. Multiple return options to simplify things. Best price I could find.

Overall very happy with my experience. Everyone was friendly and helpful and I have already recommended this company to another friend. My car wasn’t a Camry as I was expecting and it seemed a little runned down- the side mirrors were difficult to see out of maybe due to salt water damage but they were foggy, gear shift was very abrupt when slowing down, and cosmetically inside not as nice as I was hoping. But the A/C was cold and it had Apple CarPlay which was very important to me.
