Everything was fine - staff was nice, prompt, courteous, helpful. Only problem is that the car did not have any charging ports that worked like both cigarette lighter ports were dead and non-functioning where you can plug in a charger for your phone. This caused stress, worry and had to use power packs for cell phone navigation/maps which drained fast in this area and made some of the driving experience worrisome for safety. Asked for 15% discount and they said no, not a safety feature.
