Great experience. Better rate than what I found any where else. Staff was great. Kind, courteous, and helpful
The office people were great as were both shuttle drivers.
Didn’t keep commitments. while I picked up the car, it was not explained that I have to pay for a day charge even use 3 hours. I paid for 2 days with my credit card, later they charged one more day without my consent. Later I called them and they said that the system automatically charge me. Not believed, system work over human.
it is a very good deal and we have a good ending for my family vacation in Hawaii.

There would be an extra charge, minimum $50 to $350, if the vehicle returned with excessive sand/dirt/etc. This is very unclear as to what is "excessive". The pickup area from the Honolulu airport was very unclear and confusion for someone not familiar with HonoluluI airport structure
All around great place
I was a little worried at first with all the exterior damage, but the car ran great, ac blew cold, and inside was very clean and smelled good.
