All vehicles seen within this renting shop were battered and well used. The one qe have received was scratched, dented and sun bleached. Additionally service was overdue by 3300miles! Timing belt was squeaking majorly. With compulsory full coverage insurance as I have been informed by,the counter that I have to have increased the price to the major brands renting vehicles directly from the airport instwad of 15mins Which if knew in advance I would of done it tead of bothering woth this company.

This was our first time renting a car from Lucky Owl. The staff was friendly and very helpful with our needs. The car was bigger and better than what we were quoted and expecting. Overall a great rental. We will definitely be using Lucky Owl on our next vacation.
