Our check radio would reboot by itself here & there every time we would drive it, tire monitor and check engine light would go off and on. Tried calling the office no one answered & I left a voicemail for someone to call me back no one called me back.

The first car we had was dingy and the interior was stinky. I didn’t appreciate my card being charged the large additional charges without discussing it first. When I called back to ask for clarification, the guy on the phone was super rude and raised his voice at me and my wife.

The logistics of this rental were a little tricky not coming from the airport and returning after hours, but the company was so kind and helpful that I went for it anyway. Communication on the phone, in person, & via email directions was top notch! Fantastic rental experience. Highly recommend!

Incredibly inconvenient situation. Having to wait for the ride after taking a shuttle. Dropping off after hours is awkward - no clear signage. The car was in awful condition. Over 107k miles on it. Not updated with technology. Got me around the island but it was poor quality.
