Easy, convenient, good value. Did reservation and pickup all by email, phone, and text. Car was clean, with a few very minor paint damaged areas, but it ran well. Would rent again.

Pick up and drop off were very easy and convenient processes. Vehicle itself was a bit under kept BUT we received GREAT value for the price point in which we got the car. A very affordable way to get around the island especially with us only renting the car for 2 days 1 night. Our check in person gave us all the details necessary in a prompt manner, and then we were off to the races on the day of pick up. 5/5 on value and effectiveness. Thank you Lucky Owl.

I had a wonderful experience renting with Lucky Owl for my first trip to Hawaii. It’s difficult to find a car rental for a realistic price when you’re under 25. I was so grateful to have discovered that Lucky Owl offers such great deals. Everyone was very welcoming & helpful. Highly recommend!
