The vehicle may have looked like it was in slightly rough shape but it mostly operated fine and suited our needs. Only negative was due to being an older base model vehicle, we didn't have car chargers to put in the lighter style charging plug so we had to use navigation all day from our phones and had no way to charge them when we were out traveling around and using phones.

The experience overall with Lucky Owl Rentals was great! The communication for pickup/dropoff at the airport was easy, and there were no weird hidden fees that we were charged for. We appreciated the affordable rate and had a great time in Hawaii because of it!
