During my vacation stay with my mom. My mom had a medical emergency was in Queens medical Center for two weeks. Lucky Owl rental company. Was very courteous and understanding I was able to keep the car for a total of three weeks. They were very accommodating with the medical emergency that I had.

There was a clunking noise on the vehicle which meant I had to drive extremely carefully to reduce the noise.

The brakes were bad. The tire pressure was low and the car had no windshield fluid at 60 miles an hour. The front tire start shaking.

Our check radio would reboot by itself here & there every time we would drive it, tire monitor and check engine light would go off and on. Tried calling the office no one answered & I left a voicemail for someone to call me back no one called me back.

The first car we had was dingy and the interior was stinky. I didn’t appreciate my card being charged the large additional charges without discussing it first. When I called back to ask for clarification, the guy on the phone was super rude and raised his voice at me and my wife.
