The car we rented started over heating. I called and they brought a replacement vehicle right away. Great customer service. We did expect a cleaner vehicle but the customer service outweighed the comfort of the vehicle.

The trunk lid did not come with a spring to keep the lid open. It would come down and hit my head while removing items from the trunk especially if it was windy. Not the agencies fault but defintely a car issue.

We had an issue with the car on day 2 or 3 but they quickly resolved the issue by allowing us to switch cars. Other than that overall a great experience. This our third or fourth time renting from Leisure Car Rental. It is our go to choice!
