The reason I gave the staff a below expected rating is because they were not helpful when I ask them to help me hook up the Apple Car play. When I ask them, he simply said "well most people use Google Maps", which I tried and did not work either. I ended up not using the Map function at all on the car since I couldn't get it to connect. That made things more difficult to track as I was driving.
