Very helpful and immediately responsive to any request or questions - impressive. I had a different second driver the second. Jimmy at Leisure was able to make that change without requiring me to return to the office. Also, I particularly like being picked up and dropped off in the vehicle I rented. No need to transfer luggage.!

As soon as I returned the car they mentioned a mark on the front driver's side. I can't figure out why the inspector went directly to the mark? I told them it was there before I got the vehicle along with many more. I went inside and they had an incident report to fill out. I said "hang on a minute here". Very lucky that I videoed the condition of the car before I took it from the parking lot. It showed the mark. I also to a video before I left. The video saved me a costly repair.
