I appreciate the pickup and drop off service. However when I stated I had a problem with the vehicle there was a lot of back and forth. I initially received a very scratched vehicle with slow pickup that kept getting stuck while shifting gears. When I explained this to the manager he gave me a lot of pushback saying I was focused on the scratches and proceeded to mansplain how to drive an automatic car. I have been driving in NYC for over 30 years!Replacement car was fine - believe the customer!
