Leisure Car Rental Renter Rated Reviews - Page 4

Great first experience. Pickup at the airport was simple, and getting the car was simple too. The return process was easy and quick. The car was as advertised and was in good shape. No problems, a great experience.

Very good service. Was greeted outside airport as instructed, may have waited at most 5 minutes for car to arrive, then they're one of first rental co on airport rd, signed agreement and in our way in 5min. Car was a subcompact useful for narrow roads but the 1.3littrr engine had me wondering if I was going to make it up some of the island mtns. With four adults and trunk of stuff, I don't think the car could handle it. Real only downside steering wheel appea and felt like a dog chewed it.

Got charged for a new tire and rim repair just hours from leaving ( only drove for 25mins then got a flat and no damage to the tire only the inside of the rim) . The rim was the same and not changed, i asked to see the old tire and they said they do not have it. Had no way of disputing, no one was in the office. Was charged $195 .
