We had an issue with the car on day 2 or 3 but they quickly resolved the issue by allowing us to switch cars. Other than that overall a great experience. This our third or fourth time renting from Leisure Car Rental. It is our go to choice!

Everyone that I interacted with was super nice and helpful! My phone ended up dying right when I got there and they let me sit and hang out in the air-conditioning to charge it before I went to my hotel. I plan to come back to the island 1000 more times and I will rent from this company every single time! The pick up and return were so simple and easy and getting dropped off at the airport and still having my bags handled was very kind and a good reflection of their customer service !

Overall, a positive rental experience. The vehicle was as expected, the process was straightforward, and the staff accommodated a later return time when our flight schedule changed. The only issue was at pickup: no agent was waiting at the airport as arranged, resulting in about a 30-minute delay after we contacted the office. Better coordination during busy arrival periods would improve the experience. Otherwise, everything went smoothly.
