Even when we did have to wait very long on our luggage at the airport, they where standing outside waiting on us. Super service, thanks. By the way, we rent every Year with Leisure the last 8 Years!

Leisure was waiting for us right outside and took us to the office quickly to get the paperwork done. We asked for a medium/compact car (think small, but not a hatchback), which is what we got! Everything was great and everyone was very friendly. Dropping off was also very easy.

For pickup a bigger car or shuttle bus would be better than the vehicle to be rented, because the latter was not planned for an additional person (the staff driver) plus the four of us plus all our bagagge. Still a very satisfying experience overall.

I had an issue with a slow tire air leak. Rather than having to wait around for a tire replacement, I was immediately provided an alternate vehicle and my vacation was minimally interrupted. The attendants were friendly and helpful. Will definitely book with them again.
