The whole experience was great, from meeting us at the airport, taking the 1 minute drive to the agency, and giving us a well maintained car. Everyone was so nice and friendly! Will definitely rent again.

Your employee greeted us upon arrival, even waiting in the sun longer than necessary, since our flight was late arriving. Getting checked in and out was extremely fast.
We were frustrated that the battery died on the second day, it was afternoon when leaving the beach. We were able to get a jump start to get back to our villla, but they wouldn’t come and replace it until the next morning! We had to stay home that evening because we didn’t have transportation.
Just wish all the paper work could have been done in the airport parking lot like other companies do
