Attentive. Extremely courteous. Adam was an amazing host. Brought vehicle to us at airport. During course if rental had question about vehicle and he immediately addressed question and offered to meet us at our hotel. Really impressed with service. Plan to continue to rent from LaLu Renntals.

I wish they send you a digital receipt after to confirm all charges on the card. I am not sure what they charged to confirm if the rate quote was honored.

There was a problem with the car that I originally booked (cracked windshield from the car wash place it seems) and LA Luxury Car Rentals were very accommodating in providing an upgrade. Easy to deal with, no hassles, great open communication - would definitely recommend them!
Everything was fine, but I would have expected the Maserati I rented to be freshly washed exterior and the interior be absent of film on the inside of wind shield and absent of all evidence of previous users. I actually threw away previous users’ wrappers, ticket stubs and I left the smudges in the leather that were there when I picked up the car.
That said, I was an idiot and managed to need a jump start and the customer service was above expectation. The staff was polite, helpful.
