Excellent personal attention to our rental with the offer of multiple alternate vehicles when our first choice was not available. The car was in excellent condition and we really enjoyed exploring the coastal highway in this vehicle. The car was dropped off for us at our hotel for a small fee which was highly convenient. We will use this agency next time we vacation in California and would highly recommend to others.
Luxury Car Rental is "the" place to rent high end cars! I've never been disappointed with any of the vehicles that I have rented from them! Alex and his brother are very knowledgable about all of their vehicles! They are always on time, very courteous and just great guys! Thanx you guys!
The management was less than understanding for the circumstances beyond our control. Very unprofessional for someone who claims to be a luxury brand. They closed the door on the people there to pick up the car due to an issue with the credit card that was about to be resolved. Our company has used this company in the past and still would not work with us to resolve the issue with payment. They were just focused on closing up and getting home at the end of the day.
