Renting from this company was a stress free experience. The car was beautiful and well maintained and the pick up and drop off service was fantastic!
Everyone at the dealership was great on the phone and it was a pleasure dealing with Adam at the LAX airport. Very satisfied and will definitely be renting with them again.
Overall a good experience. Couple of small issues, the satellite radio was connected a small thing that was expected. Weekend after hours charge was a surprise, gas tank was 3/4 full when I received the vehicle, excess mileage charge seems a bit high.
This is one of the best car rental company. Their service and friendly attitude are amazing.

LA Luxuries staff was prompt, professional, and very courteous. They went over and above what would be considered normal in order to meet our rental requests and vehicle delivery/pick up. I will most definitely use them for our high end vehicle rentals in the future.
Everything went so smoothly. Fatima was fantastic and very communicative. She was waiting at baggage and sent me a text immediately letting me know what she looked like and where she was standing so that she could show us to the car. Fantastic.
