Return date is a public holiday, but confirmed I can still return the vehicle. 2 days before the return date, they called and said I can't return on a public holiday, can only return the day before or pay for one more day.
Problem resolved when I emailed a complain letter.

Was very happy with the customer service and the vehicle that was provided to me. Especially liked the fact that I was able to text or phone the rental reps directly if I experienced any issues with my vehicle rental. Would definitely rent from them again if I were to visit Toronto in the future.

The breaks were a little slow to respond and the backup camera looked like it had been hit out of place. The car overall was good
